Excited to share our latest success in 2024! We've successfully refinanced a loan for a retail property portfolio in Sacramento, California. Our clients were facing a steep increase in their interest rate to 9.5% after their original note switched to an adjustable rate earlier this year. Initially, they were offered a loan modification that reduced the rate to 6.25% with a 25-year amortization schedule.However, by promoting competitive bids among lenders, we managed to secure even better terms for our clients.
