As a senior or lead process consultant on the Services Process Operations team, you’ll ensure our customer experiences and business processes run efficiently and reach company goals. You’ll investigate various processes focusing on increasing efficiencies, advise multiple business partners, identify improvements, and lead the adoption of those improvements. You’ll develop project plans and adoption communication. Additionally, you’ll help business partners recognize the downstream implications of a change by anticipating obstacles or unintended consequences. In this role, you’ll use concepts such as prototyping, demonstrations, focus groups, pilots, workflows, surveys, risk assessments and customer scenarios to ensure success. Your role will be to find opportunities to simplify and improve efficiency and to build processes supporting short-term and long-term goals in Customer Relationship Management (CRM). You'll play a part in the setup and execution of tests and projects focused on improving our customer and frontline experiences.
This is a remote position.
Must-have Qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED equivalent or higher and a minimum of eight years experience in business process (e.g. end-to-end process development, process design, etc.) and/or back-end business systems (e.g. systems enhancements, testing and analyzing systems, etc.)
- {OR} Bachelor's degree or higher and a minimum of five years experience in business process (e.g. end-to-end process development, process design, etc.) and/or back-end business systems (e.g. systems enhancements, testing and analyzing systems, etc.)
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge and experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Frontline platforms
- Demonstrated experience and individual ownership with end-to-end process design and implementation
- Prior experience in project management including collecting requirements, identifying scope and deliverables, leading timelines, and analyzing test results to make recommendations on next steps
Compensation
- $70,100 - $113,200/yearly based on position level
- Gainshare bonus up to 30% of your eligible earnings based on company performance
