I've been going through some parts I received with the purchase of 6S141. Two items are of particular interest to me - both are air filters.

I remember Bob Gaines had posted some NOS air filters for sale, and with that post came pictures / comparisons between the assembly line / NOS / repop filters, but I can't find the original post.

I'd love to get some insight on both filters. First, is an NOS Filter that's still in its original box. Below are pictures of this filter. Any ideas on the application and / or correctness of this filter versus the second filter (which I'll post next)?

I'm trying to see how the 67 Shelby taillight harnesses on each side were spliced into the original 67 Mustang wiring harness. I looked through the Branda book and didn't see a diagram.

Side note: I have new 67 Shelby rear taillight harnesses (the green and black wires) with new sockets installed. And, I have a new main harness (if needed) - the one that connects under the dash and goes to the rear for the fuel sender, license plate light, etc.

Should these be spliced via the blue connectors? Or, do the connectors depend on the date of production?

Maybe I'm over thinking this, but I could use some help.

Typically, it's easy to find pictures / get guidance as to the proper location of the coil for a 1967 Shelby GT350. However, given that my car (#2666) has AC and the Thermactor system...well, I'm stumped.

Could someone please share where the coil should be located under the hood? Attached is a picture I took of the car when I first inspected it, and I'm not sure that this is the correct coil location.

Is this true, and if so, how much HP does each take away?

I have a set of original rear Koni shocks that have been fully restored (internally and externally - no pitting and fully painted)

This set comes with all the required mounting hardware as pictured. One shock has a date code of 10/73 and the other is not visible through the paint. These shocks are in absolutely mint condition and ready to go.
