They work directly with the General Manager & GSM to assure streamlined processes, appropriate inventory types and levels, that maximize profits and customer satisfaction. This position is responsible for nurturing and cultivating a positive culture and work environment that aligns with the mission and values of the organization.What will you be responsible for

• Sources and -purchases all used vehicles for dealership.
• Maintains proficiency on inventory & recon software.
• Ensures vehicles are correctly priced based on current supply levels and market data.
• Ensures all wholesale vehicles are properly disposed of via multiple channels including.
• Ensures vehicle inventory remains under 60 days, unless otherwise approved by the General Manager.
• In coordination with General Manager and GSM upholds an efficient and consistent process for the used vehicle inventory process.
• Communicates to determine the nature of the mechanical problem(s); informs needed parties on the progress of cars in the process and reports when they are not going to be completed in time.
• Manages and maintains inventory turn and recon time based on company standards.
• Assists with other duties as assigned.What is the education & experience needed to be successful?
• High school degree or equivalent, Associates or Bachelor's in Business or related field preferred.
• 5+ years of used car management, pricing, and purchasing required.
• 2+ years of progressive experience in auto service preferred.What are the total Rewards?
